All About MACE Distinction

If you already have the FACE distinction, you can be nominated to receive the Master of American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (MACE®).

What is a MACE Distinction?

MACE, known as the Master of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, is awarded by nomination from fellow MACE peers. MACE is presented to an AACE member(s) who has received FACE distinction and are recognized as a distinguished endocrinologist, role model for developing endocrinologist, and a contributor to AACE and to the art of science of endocrinology.

MACE Recognition

AACE awards up to two MACE distinctions each year at the AACE Annual Meeting during the Convocation ceremony. Awardees receive a plaque, MACE lapel pin, and are entitled to use the MACE designation.

MACE Requirements

AACE members who have a FACE distinction can be nominated for the MACE distinction by their fellow MACE peers. The AACE Award nomination period will open on October 23.
